Since working in Investment Banking in the Credit Suisse Technology group, I have developed finance-related technical skills through building various models and running analyses. I have built Merger Models, DCFs, LBOs, Sum-of-the-Parts Analyeses, Breakeven and Market Analyses, IPO Matrixes, Comparable Company Sets, and Precedent Transaction Sets.
In addition to models and analyses, I have been able to work on various deals in the Technology space, inclduing M&A deals, SPACs, Equity Offerings, and Debt Issuances. See below for some of the transactions I've worked on.
